On July 28, 2025, Shanghai Triumph
Energy Conservation Engineering Co., Ltd. (STEC) convened its first-half work
summary meeting to review operational achievements and deploy core tasks for
the second half of the year, aligned with Triumph Group’s "Three Major
Campaigns" implementation plan. The meeting, chaired by Executive Deputy
General Manager Zeng Yizhou, was attended by all employees via online and
offline channels.
Representatives from STEC’s seven
departments delivered data-driven reports:
Marketing department
analyzed competitive landscapes and challenges in domestic and international
markets. Project department focused on contract fulfillment, ensuring safety
while enhancing quality and accelerating timelines. Design department advanced
R&D in energy generation and green low-carbon solutions to capture market
opportunities. Procurement department developed diversified supplier strategies
to address supply chain cost fluctuations. Finance and Administration & HR
supported all business units in advancing the "Three Major

outlining key objectives for the latter half of the year.
At the meeting, General Manager Jin
Suqing outlined three key directives:
First, the entire organization must unify objectives. All departments should
collaborate seamlessly to consolidate strengths and achieve the goals of the
"Three Major Campaigns." Second, responsibility must align with
authority. Building upon unified objectives, the company will continuously
refine institutional frameworks to integrate accountability at departmental,
project-team, and individual levels. Third, unified action is essential. Every
employee must persistently execute tasks according to annual priorities,
driving collectively toward this year’s operational targets.
In his
concluding remarks, Chairman Gao Yanfei:
